 Candidates must possess the following competencies:

1. Bachelor degree in IT, management or related field.

2. Five years of experience in projects management preferably in international NGOs.

3. Proven relevant working experience in projects related to virtual work and outsourcing

General skills required for Coordinator:

1. Excellent written and spoken English as well as Arabic language

2. Strong planning and coordination skills.

3. Strong communication, interpersonal & technical skills.

4. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

5. Ability to multi-task effectively as well as display professionalism and confidence.
